These homes have been developed by Project for Pride in Living (PPL) in partnership with the City of Minneapolis and the Jordan Area Community Council. The purpose of this development is to increase homeownership opportunities amongst low and moderate income families as well as to have a positive impact on the neighborhood’s stability and vitality.

Lowell Curve homes include a range of styles with designs fit for families large and small and include additional unfinished space for room to grow. They feature 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms with unfinished basements and egress windows ready for an amusement room, bedroom and full bath. The homes feature spacious open floor plans, designed to maximize natural light, durable and natural looking laminate floors throughout kitchen and dining areas, large front porches and two car garages. Upgrades such as central air conditioning and security alarm systems are available.
